Getting started
How does the process work?
It starts with a free consultation where we learn about your business and what your website needs to do. Within 48 hours you get a written scope and fixed quote. Once approved, we design and build, and you follow along on a private preview link. Most websites launch in 2 to 4 weeks.
Where are you located?
Milledgeville, Georgia. We work with businesses across middle Georgia, including Macon, Eatonton, Lake Oconee, Gray, and Warner Robins, plus clients around the country. Local clients can always meet in person.
Do I need to know anything about technology?
Not at all. You tell us about your business and your customers; we handle every technical detail, including domain, hosting, email, and search setup. We explain everything in plain English.
My current site was built by someone else. Is that a problem?
Not at all, about half our work is redesigning or rescuing existing sites. We audit what you have, keep what works, fix what does not, and preserve your Google rankings through the move.
Pricing and budget
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at $1,500, and most small business sites land between $1,500 and $4,000 depending on pages and features. Automations start at $500. Custom software is quoted per project, typically $3,000 to $15,000. Every quote is fixed before we start.
Do you offer payment plans?
For most projects it is 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Larger projects break into milestones. We are happy to find an arrangement that works for your cash flow.
Is there a monthly fee after the project is done?
Only if you want one. Care plans are $300 per month and cover hosting, security, backups, and content changes handled by a real person. You can also take the site and host it anywhere; it is yours either way.
Timeline and process
How long does a typical website take?
Most sites launch in 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff. Larger builds with custom features take 4 to 8 weeks. If you have a hard date, a grand opening, an event, a season, we work backward from it.
Will I be involved during the build?
Yes, without it eating your calendar. You see the design direction early, get a live preview link, and give feedback at a few key checkpoints. No daily meetings, no project management homework.
What if I need changes after launch?
Every project includes 30 days of post-launch support for fixes and small adjustments. After that, care plan clients send one message and changes get made, usually same day.
Technical
What technology do you build with?
Modern, fast, boring-in-a-good-way tools: Next.js, React, and PostgreSQL, the same stack used by some of the largest sites on the web. No page builders, no bloated themes, no plugin roulette.
Will I own my website?
Completely. The domain, the content, the design, and the code are yours. If we ever part ways, you take everything with you. We keep clients by being good, not by locking doors.
Do you handle hosting, domains, and email?
Yes. We set up and manage hosting, SSL, DNS, and professional email so everything lives in one accountable place. That is included in every care plan.
Can you build more than websites?
Yes. Member portals, booking systems, dashboards, and automations are a core part of the studio. We also design and run our own software products, so that muscle stays in shape.
